![]() ![]() When I first saw this monitor in marketing materials I had a lot of questions about how it works, so I'll try and answer them for you here. Want to adjust it later for a different use case? Just repeat the process any time you like. All you have to do is extend the handles on either side, pull the display in to your desired curve, retract the handles and you're set. This monitor has a flexible OLED panel that can be adjusted into any curvature from flat to a very curved 800R. But the unique and key selling feature, is in its name: Flex. It supports HDR with up to a claimed 1000 nits of peak brightness, adaptive sync from both AMD and Nvidia, plus rapid 0.03ms response times. The Corsair is a 45-inch 3440 x 1440 WOLED ultrawide panel with a 240Hz refresh rate. We always love to see innovation and new ideas come to market, as many monitors in particular end up being very similar to each other, but you can't say that about the Xeneon Flex. The Circle Y Alpine Flex 2 Trail Saddle () has a cut out skirt shape which allows closer contact and more precise cueing. The Corsair Xeneon Flex is an interesting and unique monitor that provides an adjustable curvature, so needless to say, there are very few products on the market that can compare to it. We get you, because we are you, and as riders ourselves, we know that buying a saddle is a big decision, so we’re here to help you out by giving you as many different views of the saddle as possible, plus all the relevant information we would want if we were making the decision! Sad that I had to send it back, but also very thankful for the test ride program! I think a more normal conformation horse would be very comfortable in this saddle. Like I said, he's a very challenging fit. When I stuck my hand under the saddle I could feel a big gap behind his shoulders and withers where the tree wasn't making contact with his back at all. It was also tight on his shoulders, especially going down hills. I tried a built up pad, which helped some, but still the top edges of the bars were digging into his withers. With a standard saddle pad, the bars put a lot of pressure on his withers. I was hoping the flex tree would be the solution I was looking for, but it didn't turn out to be a perfect fit. I have a very difficult to fit high withered/long shouldered appendix. ![]() ![]() My husband has a darker Circle Y saddle that does not have that problem, so it might just be this particular dye. I noticed that the light oil finish seemed to scuff up a lot. However, that feature also makes the seat feel very secure, so I might have looked past that if it were a better fit for my horse. I had a couple people comment that it looked more like a barrel saddle than a trail saddle. Aesthetically, the high front made it look a little odd. I felt life it got in the way of my hands. The only thing I did not like from a riding standpoint was the really high swell and horn. The high cantle makes the perfect pocket seat. Incredibly comfortable, and puts your leg in a good position. When I first sat in it I thought the twist might be too wide to be comfortable, but after the two long rides I felt like I could easily go another 4 hours. Love the program as I was able to do two 3-4 hour rides to really get a good feel for it. Ultimate Rider Comfort I got this saddle on the test ride program.
